Shelby Baker, O.D.

Shelby Baker, O.D. is a board certified Optometrist that works out of our Moorestown, Willingboro and Millville offices. Dr. Baker has worked in private practice for over 35 years before joining The Eye Professionals team. He worked as a staff doctor at the non-profit South Jersey Eye Center for more than 10 years, including 2 as its Executive Director. He is an active member of both the American Optometric Association and the New Jersey Society of Optometric Physicians.

As a lifelong resident of South Jersey, Dr. Baker is a devoted husband and active member of his community. He volunteered at the Special Olympics for over 15 years for their ‘Opening Eyes Program’ and is an active member of the Lions and Masons service organizations. In his free time he enjoys sports and crossword puzzles despite not being very good at either one.

Dr. Baker is truly loved by his patients because he always takes his time, listens to their concerns and gives each patient the care they deserve.

In wake of the recent Coronavirus activity, our offices are open for new and existing patients with medical problems. Please call 609-877-2800 to make an appointment. Our optical shops will be closed for at least two weeks. Please call ahead to make sure that your glasses are available for pick-up.

We are following all CDC procedures and are limiting the number of patients and person-to-person contact within the offices to decrease the spread of the virus. We are committed to serving our community’s eye care needs and medical problems. If you cannot get to the office to see us due to these unforeseen circumstances, Telephone Consultations are available. If you have FACETIME this enhances our ability to diagnose and treat. Our Physicians are On Call 24/7!
