Dr. Chandler graduated from Duke University cum laude with a degree in Renaissance Literature and then attended Duke University School of Medicine. While at Duke, Dr. Chandler was honored to receive a prestigious Howard Hughes Medical Institute Fellowship awarded only to the brightest scientific minds in the country. Dr. Chandler fostered his plastic surgery expertise during his surgical internship at Harvard University's Massachusetts General hospital. His top ranked training was further honed with a residency and fellowship in Oculofacial Plastic Surgery at the University of Pennsylvania.

With his Top 10 education and specialized skills, Dr. Chandler can deliver the best results for his patients. In addition to his practice in Moorestown, South Jersey, Dr. Chandler is a Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Pennsylvania, rated top 10 in the country every year, and teaches new doctors to become the best Facial Plastic and Eyelid Surgeons possible.
