Mitchell J. Fink, O.D. is a fellow of the American Academy of Optometry and a diplomate in the Contact Lens section of the Academy. Dr. Fink began private practice in 1971 after being honorably discharged from the U.S. Army where he served as a doctor in Vietnam. He attended Temple University and graduated from the Pennsylvania College of Optemetry (PCO) in 1969. Upon his return from military service, he began teaching Contact Lens Practice at PCO.
He has lectured worldwide and authored many journal articles about the contact lens research he performed as a Food and Drug Administration (FDA) investigator. In addition to private practice, he the president of the New Jersey State Board of Optometrists. Dr Fink is an active consulting staff member at Virtua Mount Holly and Virtua Berlin.
He currently resides in Burlington County with his wife of almost 50 years and immensely enjoys spending time with his four grandchildren.
