Code of Conduct

Welcome to The Eye Professionals

We are dedicated to providing exceptional eye care to our patients and their families in an atmosphere of warmth, respect, and healing.

At TEP, we believe in fostering a positive and respectful environment for everyone.

We invite all patients and visitors to help us create a supportive atmosphere by adhering to our Patient and Visitor Code of Courtesy, which includes the following principles:

1. Kindness and Respect for All:

We uphold a culture of kindness, dignity, and respect for every individual. We do not tolerate any offensive comments related to race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or personal characteristics. Discrimination of any kind is strictly prohibited.

2. Friendly and Considerate Conduct:

We encourage all patients and visitors to communicate with friendliness and consideration. Threatening or aggressive behavior, as well as the use of suggestive or explicit language, gestures, or actions, will not be tolerated.

3. Respect for Privacy:

We value your privacy and request that you also respect the privacy of others. Please refrain from disrupting the experiences of fellow patients during their visit.

4. Photography and Recording:

Prior consent must be obtained from all involved parties and before taking photographs or recording any videos or audio within TEP premises.

Consequences for Non-Compliance:

Patients: Failure to adhere to these guidelines may require addressing the situation. In severe cases, future access to TEP’s services may necessitate a review. We believe in open communication and will take your perspective into consideration before making any decisions regarding your continued care at TEP.

Visitors: Visitors not following these guidelines may be asked to leave and could be subject to future visitation restrictions.

Every day, our dedicated team is committed to enhancing your vision and overall well-being. We kindly request your support and cooperation in maintaining a friendly, positive, and inclusive environment for all. Thank you for entrusting your eye care to TEP, and for joining us in our commitment to providing a courteous, positive, and supportive space for everyone.
