 
 Dr. Joseph Kamerling is committed to providing patient-centered eye care. Dr. Kamerling is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.
Dr. Kamerling began his career by attending the University of Pennsylvania, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. He completed his Medical Doctorate at the prestigious Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia.
After graduation from medical school, Dr. Kamerling went on to study Internal Medical at Cooper Hospital/University Medical Center in Camden, New Jersey and stayed there for his residency training in Ophthalmology. He was Chief Resident from 1993 to 1994.
Dr. Kamerling has been the recipient of several awards, including The Best in American Medicine Philadelphia Top Rated Doctor (2014) and America’s Top Ophthalmologists for Cataract Surgery (2013). Dr. Kamerling offers the families of Barrington, Cherry Hill and surrounding communities comprehensive eye care.
