Practice Administrator/ ASC Administrator

Jennifer Rispo Maguire has dedicated more than 30 years to the field of ophthalmology. She began her career working in all facets of ophthalmic care, gaining hands-on experience in clinical, surgical, and administrative roles. For the past 24 years, she has served as a Practice Administrator, where she specializes in operations management, compliance, and revenue cycle optimization.

As a certified Ophthalmic Coding Specialist (OCS), Jennifer combines her deep clinical knowledge with strong administrative expertise to ensure patients receive exceptional care while the practice operates at the highest level of efficiency. She is also passionate about mentoring staff, developing streamlined workflows, and building sustainable systems that support both providers and patients.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons, and three grandsons at their shore home in Wildwood, New Jersey. One of her greatest joys is watching her grandsons play sports and making family memories by the shore.
